Act Na.5 of 2019

Act No.5 of 2019 for Water Supply and Sanitation Services was introduced after major systemic reforms regarding the operation of water activities in the country. This law is the basis for the establishment of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA) which starts its operations in July, 2019
