The Chairperson of the Board of Directors Rural  Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA) Engineer Ruth Koya along with some members of the Board have started a tour to visit and inspect rural water projects and schemes.

The visit started today in Iringa Region, Iringa District in rural areas where they visited the project of the expansion of the Generation Scheme to the village of Mkumbwanyi.

While on the project, Engineer Koya has congratulated RUWASA and the people of those areas and asked them to take care of the project so that it continues to benefit them.

 On their part, the people of those villages have thanked the Government for moving water service closer to their areas.
