i)

Provide Legal services and assistance on interpretation of laws, terms of contract and procurement contracts;

ii)

Provide technical support in preparation of proposed bill/act, subsidiary;

iii)

Participate to various negotiations and meetings that call for legal expertise on RUWASA;

iv)

Translate laws and legislations within the RUWASA;

v)

Liaise with the Office of Attorney General Chamber on litigation of civil cases and other claims involving RUWASA;

vi)

Prepare and review various legal instruments such as orders, notices, certificates and agreements;

vii)

Vet Contract Documents before contract signature;

viii)

Witness signing of works contracts; and

ix)

Represent/advocate for the Agency in courts of law and tribunal on all contractual matters
