i)

To coordinate preparation of strategic plans, business plans and MTEF;

ii)

To monitor and evaluate the implementation of plans and budget;

iii)

To translate Ministerial policies, plans and strategies and advice the Management on their implementation;

iv)

To prepare Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Strategy and Systems for RUWASA;

v)

To carry out monitoring and evaluate performance of the RUWASA in accordance with the set targets and key performance indicators;

vi)

To mobilise financial resources from internal and external sources;

vii)

To prepare various strategies for generation of additional funds;
